Please dont ever rent at this place you will regret it the owner his self is nice but his wife is rude to all and will try and get you to do things Thats not right like signing a contract tha ts not legal its not clean the yards get high before they cut them they will put you on th. e back buner if you need something fixed its just not a good neighbor hood i rate this place no stars
