We called kimmens when our boiler was making a racket. A guy came and drained the lines/ flushed the system. I said" are you sure it's not the pump? ". It did the same thing before and it was the pump. He said " nope Should be good". So they sent us a bill for 250. A week later. Same problem. They come and replace the pump. Another big bill. I argued with them that we should not be charged for their misdiagnosis. But in the end they threatened to send to collections. So we paid twice for their error. Will not call ... read more
