I had been going to this establishment for over a year. Several months ago Brad used a dull defective blade on my neck and scraped the skin off, causing it to bleed. Then proceeded to charge me. I forgave that incident. Yesterday I asked him to trim my beard and although I didn’t notice until I got home, took a chunk out of both my eyebrows. I will not be returning. Very upset and disappointed.
