I love my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe but the abundant reliability issues have been frustrating. Within the first week of getting the vehicle the push to start button wouldn't start the vehicle. I would have to keep pushing the button until the vehicle would finally start. I took it into Jeep but they were unable to duplicate the issue and there were no codes to read. That issue continued every couple days for several months until it would start but then I couldn't put it in neutral or put it in gear. I would turn off the v... read more

This is the 2nd time I have worked with Kimmel and Silverman and they have been so easy and great to work with. They do all the work and just update you along the way. They got me the maximum breach of warranty claim (both of my cases didn't qualify for lemon law) both times. They kept me updated along the way, asking for the occasional work order or information and called me when they had a settlement.
