Our 2024 Chevy Trail Blazer had a few problems early on with a bad air conditioner to a blown transmission within the first year and half of owning this brand new car. Given how frustrating it can be to have a new vehicle with a recurring problem, Bob Silverman and David Kang were the easiest part of dealing with this issue. They were both courteous, personable, professional and quick to respond. I would recommend them every time.
My original review has changed due to the final outcome I was so wrong. They promised as well as the dealership I wouldn’t have to do anything all the service and things purchased would transfer to the replacement car. Fast forward three weeks after the swap I have an accident total the car and the gap insurance was never transferred they said it was my problem and now the remaining balance the regular insurance didn’t cover is on my credit report STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE
