My original review has changed due to the final outcome I was so wrong. They promised as well as the dealership I wouldn’t have to do anything all the service and things purchased would transfer to the replacement car. Fast forward three weeks after the swap I have an accident total the car and the gap insurance was never transferred they said it was my problem and now the remaining balance the regular insurance didn’t cover is on my credit report STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

I love my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe but the abundant reliability issues have been frustrating. Within the first week of getting the vehicle the push to start button wouldn't start the vehicle. I would have to keep pushing the button until the vehicle would finally start. I took it into Jeep but they were unable to duplicate the issue and there were no codes to read. That issue continued every couple days for several months until it would start but then I couldn't put it in neutral or put it in gear. I would turn off the v... read more
