The owner’s husband is rude and unprofessional, dropped a F bomb before storming out of our house while we were trying to ask him questions. Overall poor customer service and workmanship aside, we did not even have a chance to ask them about how to care for the floors. Do you have bubbles, ripples or waves in your carpet? Stop tripping over them, looking at them, and making excuses - get it fixed! We dealt with this for over two years because we thought the repair was going to be much more involved, and expensive, than it actually was. Two hours and a minimal charge, and we are kicking ourselves for not doing this sooner! Our only regret is not calling them two years ago! So glad we finally found Carpets Plus! Thanks guys!
My husband and I contacted Carpets Plus, Inc in order to get new flooring in our home. We were very happy with the level of service that they provided. Mike and Kimi were a pleasure to work with. They responded to our request immediately, Mike came out and measured our living room, hall, stairs and bedrooms for carpet and got back to us right away with a quote. The entire process, from beginning to end was effortless on our part. We would recommend Carpets Plus, Inc to anyone. They are a pleasure to work with.

Wonderful people, reasonable price! – I stopped in Carpet's Plus in a panic. I'd gotten jerked around by a big name box store for weeks. 2 weeks before my move in date I had no flooring, and didn't know where to go. A friend recommended Carpets Plus. I walked in, explained the situation, and they came by to do the measurements the next day. I got my cost estimate the same day they did the measuring.
