Kimiko was fabulous in my recent remodel. Project was on time and on budget. The thought of undertaking a cross country remodel was daunting . . .but Kimiko made it as easy and stress-free as possible. I hope to work with her again in the future.

Kimiko is an absolute treasure! She has designed 2 of our investment properties and they requests we get based on the design alone is absolutely incredible. She is worth it! If you're looking to be hands off in the process, don't hesitate to let her pick out the decor and furnishings, as her taste is impeccable! We will always continue using her for our future investments!

Kimiko is an amazing person to work with. I bought a property out of state and needed help with renovating and she did such an amazing job. Throughout the entire process she was very clear with what to expect and what the next steps are. I love how she over communicated and kept me updated throughout the entire process of the project. 100% would recommend. We bought an out-of-state property that needed a lot of work. The entire time we knew exactly what was completed and what was up next. Kimiko handled all of the communication, billing, and coordination with all of our contractors. She handled all of the design, renovations, and lite staging. Her communication was nearly daily- she provided videos, texts, expense reports etc. We will absolutely be using her services again.
