After being misdiagnosed and mistreated by Ballad health, it was reassuring to find a practitioner that actually listened. My case was complicated, but Kim listened and treated me as a human, not a chart number. I didn’t feel like I need to “convince her I was sick”, as with some in the medical community. Highly recommended, especially if you’re dealing with a chronic illness.
Kiki is there for you she has done wonders for me. She will go above and beyond for you,she stands up for her patients and makes it happen. Just want to say thank you Kiki for what you have done for me. Everyone in the office I say thank you for being so nice
