This company is horrible to deal with. They do not listen to you, they make you pay so much money for nothing in return. They do not pay for any maintenance needed. They do not pay if it is within the premises, so be careful before your rent/buy. All they want is money, plus their customer service is horrible as well. Way to look out for your customers.
Wish I could give 0 stars. BEWARE - NEVER LEASE FROM THIS COMPANY - Weingarten has been absolutely terrible from the second we signed our lease. The communication is non existent until they want something from you. They started construction a year ago right in front of my business, taking down all the signs and blocking the entrance with fencing.. just to have nothing completed and take it all down a couple months later.
