Great service and friendly staff. Was able to help me with my personal and business insurance needs.
Was a loyal customer for 12 yrs , added a driver and forgot to update our auto bill, unknowingly fell behind a few $100 in payment and was canceled for 10days past due when full policy payment wasn’t due for 4 months. 12 yrs of great payment history gone in 10 days, tried to work with them today and was told we may or may not be reinstated, apparent they don’t want our business, not friendly or helpful about it and a little sarcastic, clear they don’t want our business and they aren’t interested in working with us anymore.
