Kimco has serviced our office in the past and has seemed nice but we were needing their help for a hydraulic system fire riser and this was one of the Last steps needed to pass our inspection due to a recent business merger. they would not reach out to coordinate the appointment for several weeks and we ended up searching for and thankfully finding another service. I am giving the benefit of the Doubt on this one and hopefully more of a one off or due to a combination of thanksgiving and Christmas being a Bad time for this ?
