I brought to K&N an expensive handmade wool rug for repair and cleaning. K&N quickly determined that the rug had moth damage. That’s right - moths! After calming down, I decided to bring all of our rugs in for a deep clean. Noury is just the best. We were treated with respect, honesty and fairness. He is a professional craftsman, and his years in the business are apparent. He takes pride in his work which is so hard to find these days. This is a family business and Khosrow Noury has been working there most of his life. A very interesting story. In addition, they took such great care with the 2 rugs I had cleaned and treated. I had wool eating moths really damage one of the two rugs and they made a really nice patch for it that is amazing. The other run was also cleaned and treated and it came back so beautiful it made me realize how dirty it had been. This company is so experienced and very knowledgeable. They have been in business for a long time and it shows in their work. Noury is very knowledgeable working with wide variety of rugs specially how particular one has to be with Persian rugs. They have washed and repaired my rugs with all kinds of problems and they came up so beautifully. I highly recommend them.
They did a great job on my Moroccan rug for a great price. My rug smelled musty and dusty and its good as new now! The people there are very kind. Muchas gracias !
