I called several times for estimate but Mr Kimrough never returned my call. I finally was able to get him on the phone and he assured me he would call me with estimate but never did...I went with another company

I was told that getting monies upfront would ensure they could meet my Housewarming party and be done by Labor Day Weekend. Ive since realized what was told to me and what was listed in the construction timeline was different and would allow them to claim they couldn't meet that agreed to date if permit took too long or weather was a factor. Sadly I can't give 5 stars. 2 for the job finally getting done. Hopefully management will address the problems with punctuality and communication
