Today the principal of the firm appeared to represent the buyer, whereas the attorney is to represent the lender. One of the agents had a big misunderstanding of the contract, which caused the buyer to have a misunderstanding. C.Kimrough did not do enough to dispell the misunderstanding, and as such the closing lasted over 2 hours! Had there been more intervention from the attorney, there wouldn't have been so much drama. From the lender side of a closing, there is room for improvement with Kimbrough Swift, LLC. I received complaints from our closing department and my assistant about the firm. Issues ranged from not answering the phone to unrealistic expectations. I personally had a rude receptionist and was unable to get parking validated (which cost me $10 for a one hour visit). To make matters worse, their closer contacted me asking for $20 due to their error. Hopefully with a few tweaks this firm can get on track.
Fabulous communication throughout, professional and closed as scheduled without any issues.
