In their terms of service in their case portal, it allows them to rig online rating services. I went through a case with sexual abuse and physical abuse involved on a three-year-old daughter. I spent $30,000 before switching representation and never even having them able to make a court date or mediation. I highly do not recommend this Firm and if so, be very careful signing their Acceptance of Representation Agreement!
