I’m writing this review to share feedback on our experience, which was handled with a lack of sensitivity during an incredibly difficult time. We came in for one of the hardest moments a pet owner can face, saying goodbye to our dog. When we arrived, we were asked to choose an urn and sign paperwork at the front desk, which was completely understandable.
