I have enjoyed living at Kimbrook since the beginning of 21'. This complex is very well maintained. I haven't had to report any problems as of yet, but any issues due to weather (heavy rains, snow removal etc.,) they have been right on top of. The property grounds has always been well maintained. They're always doing things with the Kimbrook community, which I always thought were fun ideas like pool parties and garage sales. They're very pet friendly here and even hold an annual Halloween pet costume contest! Really fun idea... read more
I have enjoyed living here for 10 years. This has become my home. The management and maintenance staff are very helpful and efficient in taking care of issues if they arise. This is my home and I am very happy here.
It's been a great 6 years. 7 in July. Great community, friendly residents and great staff. I feel very safe here knowing we're looking out for each other. It's a fun place too. Staff does good things for us during the whole year.
Debbie and the Office / Maintenance teams really care about the grounds AND the people. It’s a very friendly community, and a great location.
