The staff here are always very friendly and helpful, and the buying process is always really easy and quick. They always have an amazing selection of items and ive always left there with exactly what ive wanted and at a great price, i will definitely keep coming here for all of my furniture and appliances!
I needed a lift chair in a hurry because my husband was getting released from the hospital and needed it. I went to Kimbrell's on Friday afternoon and they agreed to deliver it Saturday morning around 10 am. They arrived on time, set it up, and were out by 10:10. My husband is coming home today and he'll be grateful to have it. Great service!
Do not get nothing from Kimbrell furniture in Forest City they will swear you behind which it be a lie they take extra payments I don't know if they pocket the money or what they won't give me my receipt I am about to call corporate tomorrow morning I got prove on my bank statements that I been paying I recommend people to go somewhere else to shop for furniture because they will get you they will swear you didn't pay your bills if you call in to pay your bill by phone they harass you too
