Very unprofessional. My sister took her dog here who has one incident of biting a groomer(not this groomer or location) but no blood or mark was even left on that groomer. She put her face near her dog he was okay, then she proceeded to pick him up out of her arms without letting him smell her. He proceeded to nip at her no marks or blood was even drawn my sister checked. She pretty much threw my sisters dog back at her while saying “oh hell no”. these girls are great. they take care of all my dogs from the viscous Shitzu to the crazy pitbull..
Very friendly and very reasonable, I will definitely use them again.
Kim does an amazing job and my dogs just love her. One of the things I was impressed with Kim was how gentle she was with one of my elderly dogs that has since passed.
