New client review...First her shop is very welcoming and quiet and she is very knowledgeable about the services that she offers. I booked for an exfoliating silk press and she didn't come to play...walked me through all the steps and even helped me come to an agreement about my length. Book up ladies you won't be disappointed..needless to say I booked another appointment.

I haven't let someone touch my hair in a year cause it's hard to find a stylist in Pittsburgh but she did a great job with a trimming and silk press. I will be a returning client and would recommend her to everyone.
I scheduled an appointment online. The appointment was accepted by the owner and confirmed. I paid my deposit and showed up on time. On the day of the appointment, the stylist never showed and never responded to my text messages and calls asking if the appointment had been changed or if someone was on the way. They ghosted me after charging me a deposit for a service they didn’t deliver on.
