Kim had a listing we called about and she impressed me so much, I felt compelled to write a review. Often times, if you aren't working with an agent, the sellers agent will ignore you. Often times when a home has an offer on it already, an agent will ignore you. Not only did Kim not ignore me, she went above and beyond to tell us about the house and was even willing to drive an hour to show it to me even though it had offers already. Whoa! Can every Realtor be like Kim?
