Surprised by the negative reviews tho some are based on office staff. And most come to complain not leave positive reviews when content and happy with their doctor. She was great with me the two times I went to regular exams. About to go again. Nice and caring. Takes her time. I have trauma and exams are very hard and she was so good about it all. Couldn’t ask for a better doctor!
Dr. Tustison is an awful Dr. Ever since her weight loss she is very condescending, thoughtless and plain RUDE! She doesn't isten. She put me down as I am going through pperimenopause.My time like any other patient should be met with concern and passion. She told me that basically my issues with menopause is nothing and I should be able to handle it by all means. I have Hot flashes and this so called Dr told me to deal with it. she is by far the rudest and most unprofessional doctor i have ever encountered at Riverside Medical Clinic. I called regarding uncontrollable shaking and high fever. I am 36 weeks pregnant, she tells me that she doesn’t see a reason as to why that is happening and there is nothing anyone can do for me. I have been complaining about a UTI for the past week and she sits there on the phone telling me i’m lying and that doctors are all trained in the same thing that there is no point for me to be seen. First time mom here!! Dr Tustison was very kind. She explained everything to me and was very thorough. Her staff was amazing and I'm so glad I was under her care. She was there every step of the way and she was the one that delivered my baby. I'm so disappointed to see all the negative reviews but people hardly go to the internet to post positive things about someone. In my personal experience she is a great OBGYN and will continue to be my Dr on future pregnancies.
