To start, this provider (if you can even call her that) didn’t greet me or even say hello when I arrived for my virtual appointment. I've been seeing Kimberly Svec for nearly 10 years now, and I would recommend her to anyone. Everything from bad sinus infections to silly little anxiety concerns, I always feel she listens to me fully and treats the matter appropriately. You should expect antibiotics every time you have a cold, but you should expect good advice on OTC meds and treatments to help alleviate symptoms, and NP Svec has never once failed to provide this for me. I have never been in the presence of a less empathetic medical professional. During a virtual visit this week, she started the call 40 minutes late with no apology or introduction. Came on the screen and said “Can I help you?” When I described my symptoms her response was to say (zero exaggeration) “Everyone is sick right now. Went in on Thursday January 5th because my head was pounding and my jaw line and gums hurt me, And I had told Kimberly Svec that it could be sinusitis and she looked at me and said well how do you know that? And I said well because I get it all the time! Told her that the back of my neck was bothering me and she did acknowledge that but that was it!!!!!!
