Was trying to see the doctor as a new patient. Appointment was at 11:40. Walked in at 11:42. They took 15 minutes to fill out paperwork and then told us the doctor would not be seeing anyone due to the fact they we were 2 minutes late . Nothing was communicated that we needed to be there 15 minutes early. Office staff was rude. Never going back.
Got my IUD put in a couple years ago but still often think about Kim and her bedside manner. I almost fainted from insertion but she stayed with me, got me a cool rag and some water and let me rest until I was well enough to leave. I used to be with DuPage medical group but they never took this much care with patients as Amita care does. Wish I could take her to England with me bc I don't think I'll find a GP as kind and thoughtful as Kim.
