Let's get the story straight about Dr Kimberly Spurlock. First off I can't believe someone gave her a 1 star review. She is a 5 star all the way. CAMC Nitro is a very busy place and I'm sure she gets double booked. Secondly, her bed side manners are wonderful. To read that she yelled at another patient is ridiculous. She is very professional and she listens, she really cares and that why she's been my doctor for years now. I went to see her after moving home, chose her because Spurlock's are on my tree and I've been a historian for decades. She comes in the office immediately rude, she doesn't say hello. I don't know if she was rude to her speech impediment (don't we all have issues) or what, but it got worse. She didn't notice I've been in medicine almost 50 years and I did list I have earlier dementia.
