AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!! I haven't seen my Mom since December living in separate states! I called Kimberly to pay for my mom's haircut. I asked Kimberly if she had any flowers to give to her. She didn't. What she dis next was amazing. My Mom called me after her haircut to thank me for the flowers and haircut! LIKE AMAZING AMAZING...THANK YOU SO MUCH KIMBERLY!!! When I come visit My Mom, I will definitely stop by to give you a hug! You made my Mom so happy!

Kim is so nice and friendly. She truly makes every visit a great experience. I always get exactly what I ask for, and she’s incredibly patient, making sure she fully understands what I want before getting started. I received really the worst haircut I've had in a long time. It was suppose to be a stacked, asymmetrical bob and was anything but. I smiled, thanked her, and went home and cried. Ended up cutting off the sides to at least even it out. It's a nice and clean salon, but if I'm paying $50 plus tip I wanted some semblance of the cut I came in for. This is it for me and beauty salons in Syracuse.

I love Kim so much. She’s been in the area for 20+ years and always does the best job on my hair. If you want a killer job come see her!!!
