Kimberly was a joy to work with, from beginning to end: excellent staging advice; great trouble-shooting and anticipation of possible issues; perfect pricing advice and exceptional marketing! She understands the stressor and made us feel comfortable. Best of all we had multiple offers above asking within one week of listing.
