I've seen Dr Schoofs for years now and she's always kind, caring and explains things well (even writes things down for me!). I did try out another doc because I moved but I feel like I was told terribly wrong info and went back to Schoofs as I really trust her expertise. She's helped me so much feel comfy in my own skin--literally! One of my first interactions with her was to get botulinum toxin injections for cosmetic reasons and one thing stood out--she's in it to help her patients and less about the profitability. Dr. Schoofs has been my derm doc for a few years now. Appointments are all at appropriate time to be seen. She has always had time to spend with her patients and has always completed the appropriate exams. I only have high praise for her , the staff and the people working the desks.
