Very rude. Zero help at all. Don't understand the hostility. Bad look for State Farm. I just needed help switching policies but it was too much to ask I guess. Do not recommend!!
I have had a great experience with Kimberly Reed, her office colleagues, and State Farm in general. They are quick to respond to any policy changes I might have, are very thorough in explaining the multiple insurance options available, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this State Farm agent!
I emailed her for information about switching companies. I had to call her, since she had not responded. I sent her the information she requested. I never heard back. Bad business on her part, it only makes her look irresponsible and not want got make more money. I am assuming she makes so much one more client isn't needed!
