She don't listen, and also don't explain shit! Don't give option I don't feel comfortable with and her assistance Might not come back always trying to rush through the appointment
TLDR: Kimberly is late for appointments, doesn’t respect or acknowledge patients time, her assistant can’t input the correct appointment time leaving you scheduled at a time you didn’t request. If you look at reviews on the DOCS google page, almost every experience with her seems to be negative compared to the other doctors, and she clearly doesn’t read the reviews or adjust, because they are exactly what I experienced. Dr Radloff is always friendly, does a thorough exam and explains what is ok, or not ok. My husband is now going to her, and he immediately loved her personality and friendliness. She found skin cancer on his nose and took care of it. We both highly recommend her.
I've been going to this office a while. I am beyond disappointed and offended after my last appointment. There is always a long wait. Dr. Radloff rushes through the appointment, does not listen and is not open to discussion. She kept pushing a medication I discontinued due to side effects. She's clearly not a fan of HRT and would not discuss options. Just meeting with her is stressful due to her demeanor. I was so upset after that appointment I will not return.
