I have been seeing Dr. Radloff for many years, and she is truly amazing. She is incredibly compassionate, caring, and attentive. She is very detailed in her approach and always takes excellent care of all my skincare needs. I especially appreciate how she takes the time to thoroughly answer my questions and address any concerns I may have. I always feel heard, valued, and well cared for in her office.
Very frustrating experience. My employer promotes skin cancer screening as a covered preventative care measure. When I scheduled my appointment I asked for confirmation that there would be no out of pocket cost to me, and I was advised to check with my insurance provider which I did prior to my appointment and they confirmed this service was covered at 100%. I have never written a negative review before, but feel the need to share that I am truly disgusted with the appointment I had with Dr. Kimberly Radloff. I waited a month for my appointment, sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes passed my scheduled appointment time, and when I finally met with the MA/doctor, I felt completely rushed and not heard. I saw Dr. Radloff today for the first time as my provider is out on maternity leave and her energy was great! I have already recommended her to several of my friends. She was quick, made sure I understood everything and sent me on my way. As a healthcare professional myself, I respect and appreciate that type of care.
You can tell when a doctor doesn’t care. I knew right when she walked in the door I was already being dismissed. (I could hear them outside the door talking about me) She didn’t give me even 5 minutes of her time… She was in and out of the room within 2 mins. I wish I would have went somewhere else. I’ve never had a doctor dismiss my concerns or not even want to hear out my concerns. She didn’t even ask me a single question.
