Division of property is not fun, but it is better when working with someone caring and professional. Ms. Pinkerton is knowledgeable about divorce, division of property, and finance. It is best to hire an attorney who knows this vital information.

Kim helped us navigate the probate process when my father passed away without a will. We had no idea what the process was, and she was one of the only attorneys who had an initial conversation with us without charging a fee. We continued to rely on her for guidance during the many months we were dealing with my father's estate. While there were some points of confusion for us that required checking in with Kim, she was always responsive. I recommend her for anyone looking to go through the probate process.
