If I could give 10 out of 5 stars I would! There are so many good words to say about Kim! We absolutely loved our entire selling/buying experience with her as our agent. Our family recently lost our 97 year old mother. There are six of us and we live in different places. We needed someone we could all count on to sell mom’s home. Kim is very knowledgeable and helped us know what to do at every turn. She had excellent resources for cleaning and staging the home, and kept us updated and aware. The home sold quickly to a lovely family. Kim was very sensitive to the difficulties this situation presented to us, we’re very grateful for all her hard work. Very highly recommend.
