Sadly I am going to have to leave a 1 star review. Please note I have never actually met or used her services due to never getting a hold of her office. For the past week in a half I have tried to contact her office for scheduling. I have reached out through email, her office leaving voicemails, lastly through her online website. This is a very poor way to run your therapy office. I also find it odd that all the 5 star Google reviews are from interns she has trained and not actually from patients.

I had a great experience with Kim Peterson as an intern. I completed all my internship hours under her supervision. I was able to grow as a professional with her guidance and experience. Kim provides her interns with great resources and psychotherapy ideas and techniques that are effective. Kim is an approachable, caring, experienced and honest supervisor. You're in good hands with Kim Peterson! Kim was an excellent LPC-Supervisor. She took time to teach me counseling techniques and provided me with resources to use with clients. She helped me learn the ropes in Private Practice and promptly answered all my questions throughout the internship process.

Kim Peterson is one of the most thoughtful and caring counselors I know in the mental health field. She has been a supportive colleague and always willing to offer her feedback to her peers. Whenever I need to refer someone to a play therapist, she is the very first person that comes to mind. I highly recommend Kim for counseling services to anyone seeking a quality and professional provider! You will not be disappointed!
