For 2 and a half years, Dr. Mims made me feel crazy. Like something was wrong inside of me. She reviewed a sleep study preformed by a different doctor and made her decision that nothing was wrong with me. She sent me to multiple doctors, specialists, therapist, told me it was all in my head and Iwas just massively depressed. Went in to figure out why I can't sleep. No time to talk, just asks you a few questions and sends you off to schedule a sleep apnea test. You have to wait for a test date and then wait for the results. If you're like me and it isn't apnea, they don't care. No follow up or recommendations. Sleep medicine is the wrong title for this department. It should just be called Sleep Apnea Testing.

Dr. Mims is great to work with but her office staff leaves a lot to be desired. They are unprofessional. Left sitting in the waiting room when patients who had later appointments were taken back. Office Manager blamed it on the nurse having to deal with virtual visits and the pandemic. Cost Dr. Mims a patient.

Always difficult. Simple requests require office visits (e.g equipment replacements). Maybe she needs to drum up business for herself.

Very responsive, great listener, makes me feel like we're in a partnership. I've had several sleep doctors over the years, and she is by far the best.
