I was present as a support person during my husband’s appointment and was never acknowledged or introduced to by any staff or by the dentist (Dr. Luna). This made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. Additionally, when requesting my husband’s dental records while he was physically present next to me, front desk staff and one nurse (unsure of title) questioned why we wanted the records and gave pushback until I stated that we are legally entitled to them. Called to see if they accept MetLife insurance but the receptionist Sheila was very rude and unprofessional!!!

Just finished my first cleaning appointment at this office and I am SO impressed. Phoebe was my hygienist - she was so kind, patient, and the procedure was painless, as was Dr. Luna. I am so happy I decided to switch to this practice.
