Horrible...Horrible. Had an appointment at 3:00 p.m. today. I was there early and completed the paperwork. Her website says she takes Medicare, which clearly states that doctors who take Medicare cannot charge above and beyond what Medicare pays. Don't think she knew. I was never called in to see her. Finally, at 3:30 p.m I said I was leaving, and would like to charge her for my times spent. Don't go to her.

Horrible, Horrible. I was a new patient, made reservation weeks before and the appt was for 3:00 P.M. I was on time, completed all paperwork and I am on Medicare and Supplement F. She says she takes Medicare, but she did not know that she cannot charge above and beyond what Medicare pays. Try this again..just saw a post from a CNN anchor about a daughter who was misdiagnosed concerning her appendix. Brought to mind many years ago when I had been ill for a number of days with what my GP called the flu. Finally ended up in the middle of the night in the ER at NorthWestern Hospital in Chicago with a ruptured appendix. I became Dr. Fintel's patient in 2021. My experience with Dr. Fintel and her office has been excellent. It was easy to make an appointment; the answering service is professional and prompt; and the staff are responsive. Dr. Fintel's medical expertise is supplemented by her warm demeanor. I have had positive health outcomes/my health has noticeably improved since seeing Dr. Fintel. I feel like I am in good hands all around.

He's in his late 60's today, however, don't let his age/experience fool you......while in his 50's, and supposedly at his peak, he decided to re-cast a patient, a few weeks post surgery that had black, necrotic tissue on her foot. He arrogantly dismissed questions about the issue and re-casted her. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a horribly life changing event for his patient. Dr.....I have pictures, please feel free to come after me..... for everyone else that reads this.......please run!!!!!!!!!
