Excellent in every way
Having my questions addressed in a professional, respectful manner and having a plan going forward to address my hip pain were key to my experience. This is a busy practice, and people are treated as individuals, not like an assembly line (even with all the efficiency!)
Punctuality of appointment appreciated. Doctor cordial, and explained condition of knee & hip clearly.
Cut the Peroneal nerve during TKA. An incidence that happens in only .04 percent of TKA procedures. Very poor / catastrophic joint replacement outcome

I had both my hips replaced by Dr Ayers in 2020. The first hip went well! I’d give a 5 star review. The second hip was a disaster. I am left with permanent and painful nerve damage and neuropathy from my knee to my toes. I was made to feel as though I’d been warned, that I signed electronic documents explaining that this could happen, that I’d been educated in a pre-op class.
