Scheduled a surgery after seeing me for 2 min, without even reading my referring Dr's report or biopsy. Her office had never even opened it! This is scary and inappropriate!
She is a great doctor. She performed osteochondroma resection on my 11 year old daughter and was amazing!

She did a very good job with my hip replacement
I had been having gradual increase in back pain over a few years, gone to different doctors and was beginning to think I would always have this pain in my back. I had a lipoma which didnt show up on CT scans. Fortunately, a doctor who couldn't help me referred me to someone he said could. Dr.Les was straightforward, told me what I had and what she was going to do to alleviate it. The surgery went perfect and all better within a couple weeks. I am so grateful to Dr Les!
She was friendly and explains things well, however, she is a bad surgeon in my opinion. I had two surgeries with Dr. Les, the first operation was done poorly, resulting in a need for a 2nd surgery. I tried to get other Doctors for the 2nd surgery, but no one wanted to accept me seeing resulted from the 1st surgery, so I reluctantly went back to Kimberly Les for the 2nd surgery. She permanently messed me up after 2nd surgery. 2 very bad surgeries, I have pain every day since & loss ability
Dr. Les came highly recommended and I understand why. She is easy to talk to and made my family at ease during my visit to beaumont. I had a very good outcome with my surgery thanks to Dr. Les
I was referred to Dr. Les for a growth on my finger she removed it, I was so pleased with her work. A long with her gentle approach and way of explaining my condition and what steps she would use to resolving the issue. Exactly one month later she perform another surgery , that I was scheduled to have another Dr. perform , I immediately changed my plans and she was able to perform the surgery and both out comes were great. Thanks Dr. Les
Dr. Les is the most caring, kind and the best Doctor, Surgeron at Beaumont. I was unsure of what Doctor I needed to see because of some many sicknesses, but I called the office I spoke with her. And she said " come on in today and we will make sure your ok". I was so greatfull she could have send to another Doctor or office, but she really cares. I will always be Greatfull for her caring about people and her Knowledge as a Doctor and Surgeon.
