RecommendedDefinitely the hardest working realtor I know. She will go the extra miles to be sure you are satisfied. She takes excellent pictures and is extremely honest. She responds to all inquiries and has a fabulous personality.
Kim was everything we could have asked for in a realtor while looking for our first home. She worked diligently to adjust to our ever changing needs/desires (again first time home buyer...) and was willing to work around my hectic schedule to show us a number of houses. She thoroughly knew the areas that we were interested in and helped steer us in the right directions. I'll be recommending Kim to all of our friends and family.

Kim Kochera contacted me after seeing a for sale by owner sign in my yard. Kim patiently waited, while keeping in contact with me, as I finalized preparations for listing my home with an agent. Once I completed the maintenance I felt necessary Kim listed my home and it sold in 2 days! Kim took me through all of the steps (inspections, paperwork) making it easy and convenient for me with my changing schedule and my spouse's long work day.
We originally attempted FSBO but we did not have any reasonable offers. We interviewed Kim and 2 others from different agencies and decided to go with Kim.
