Ms Yoder is a very professional smart and meticulous attorney who helped us with estate planning and wills. She answered all our questions thoroughly and performed all tasks quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend her to everyone.
I have known Kim for many years. I highly recommend her to help you with your Legal needs. She is knowledgeable and ethical. She recently helped me update my Will and other legal documents and was very thorough in making sure I understood each document and gave me advice on how I should have all of my wishes for end of Life written out so that my loved ones know exactly what I want to occur. These types of decisions can be very difficult to make but she walked me through with expertise and compassion.
Kim represented a lifelong friend of mine (Mike) who was compromised by cancer. My friend passed away on April 1, 2023. Kim did everything in her power to make sure Mike's wishes were fulfilled. She even took the extra steps to stop one of the beneficiaries from stealing a substantial life insurance policy from Mike's estate.
