A great first visit to a healthcare professional. Ms. Owens had an injury and was dedicated enough to continue seeing patients while on crutches. Her staff was kind, friendly and played along with my silly nervous humor due to being near needles. Even if they aren't for me. All of my concerns were addressed, the whole process was very smooth and didn't take an unreasonable amount of time at all.
