Drove an hour here after waiting 6 + MONTHS to get in to see Kimberly Kosatca at 8am tried to call several times on the way to let them know I was almost there that I got caught in traffic mind you this was the “closest” location they had to me and the soonest. I was 10 minutes late and didn’t get any answers on the phone calls I tried to make. WORST PLACE EVER!! I do not recommend to anyone. This is the most ridiculous and frustrating thing ever. Kim is such a great provider and very knowledgeable. I've been a patient of hers prior to ARC. She really knows me and as a great memory. I love her willingness to find a solution to my migraine issue or recommend what else to try. I'm definitely satisfied with my care here. The only thing that is an issue is that she stays so booked up. But her great service and care definitely explains why.
