I wish I could express my sincere CONCERN to parents or caregivers about this office....in a nutshell I'm not a disgruntled patient I am a very upset patient from their lack of medical CONCERN. They do not provide even adequate care and expressing this at Carroll County hospital several nurses expressed their support of this and that they continously refer parents to the ER rather than treat a pagent, they do not fill prescriptions and staff is incompetent.
