I really enjoyed working with Kim. She's a ray of sunshine and clearly knows the Queen Anne neighborhood very well. I appreciated how proactive she was. While other agents would ask me if I wanted to see houses that weekend, Kim would send me specific listings and ask if I wanted to see them, which made it very easy for me to say yes/no.
