I have a problem: giving Kimberly a 5* review is impossible!! She rates at least 10*. So knowledgable about real estate, especially Seattle. We met two years ago & finally found my perfect tree house this past June, she hung in there & so did I. She's also been a great resource for services & referrals too as I do some fixin' on this 1910 vintage gem. Did I mention that Kimberly is just plain nice & funny & a pleasure to do bz with? Yup the whole package.
