Horrible people. I came in with my Rolex and they mistakenly assumed you needed to take the back off, then questioned if it was real, then refused to take the band off (which was what I asked). Very insulting when I tried to tell them of their error, they patronizing said "we are the experts". B.S. Coughlin Jewelers in St. Clair recognized it as a Rolex, knew what to do and didn't even charge me. These people are jerks!!!
