They were very helpful. But I wish they would tell you about your financial responsibilities at least1 week prior to surgery. Not 2 days before. Or when you are booking because what if you don’t have the finances for it?
I’m glad I chose Dr Kimberly. The first appointment was a breeze and she explained what was the issue and how we can resolve it. Now I’m recovering and I’m glad I trusted her. The procedure was quick and I’m hardly in any pain. She’s so sweet and always has a smile on her face. The staff were great as well from the first time I scheduled an appointment. They kept me updated on everything
She’s very full of herself. Who sits at a desk with her leg kicked up while on the computer waiting for your next patient?! My husband had surgery and she said that particular surgery was her “money maker”, she brought in a two young ladies into the room when we went for the consult. Dr. Jacinto did an excellent job with my surgery. She explained everything thoroughly, answered my questions, and is very kind and personable. I would highly recommend her!
What a great experience, such a sweet Dr. Our daughter had to have minor surgery and Dr Jacinto made us all feel like we were family. Thank you Dr Jacinto for explaining everything and taking care of our daughter.
