My husband and I were first time homebuyers and were completely overwhelmed by the process. This company just took $300.00 from me for a bogus house in Charleston MS. The house at 294 Martin Luther King St has people living in it. Yet it is listed on Zillow and this thievery site! I WANT A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY TO AVOID CHARGES

I use to love there search engine for looking for a new home it was easily the best one beat even the big one's like zillow redfin ect... but this new web base they created is a total pain you can't look through it as thoroughly or as smoothly compare properties now it's just a big joke I wish they would have just left alone the way they had it
Quick to get a lease signed and money deposited. Radio silence afterwards. Been 2 weeks. Have not even received a response on pre-move-in agreements (initial yard maintenance to include grass, shrubs, trees, and debris (ours to take care of afterwards). Water lines for the fridge and dishwasher; (they do not work and cannot be turned on without replacement). This is in addition to the items submitted through their portal.
