Ms. Kim is thoroughly informative and always makes me feel at ease. Professional, attentive, honest, and friendly.
Makes me almost happy to get sick, I've had a great relationship with all at Cypress Internal Medicine for many years.
Avoid this FNP, she's not a doctor and when meds doesn't work she lashes out at you, even when I have told her that I am taking my meds. I planned on finding a DOCTOR not a nurse practitioner. Shes horrible.
I’ve had such a positive experience under Mrs. Kim Downey care. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always takes the time to explain things clearly. I never feel rushed, and it’s obvious she genuinely care about her patients’ well-being. I felt listened to and supported every step of the way.
