Setting the record straight. About 3 years ago I took to social media to voice my frustration. Today God laid on my heart to set the record straight. I used social media to demonstrate my frustrations instead of calling Kimberly to address the problem. I realized by using social media had no impact on solving the problem. KGS was professional from beginning to end. Appt. Reminders in various ways and the service upon entering, during, and leaving was on point! Will be returning with 2 more clients for KGS! I love my loc retwist btw!

I started going to Kimberly Gore Salon 3 months ago; hadn't been to a salon in years. I chose this salon based on the information that I read on her website. I have received excellent customer service every time that I have called or had my hair done. The hairdressers take their time explaining the pros and cons of certain treatments, and answer any questions that you have.
