Its always a pleasure to work with Kim! She is an amazing realtor. I have sold and purchased a few homes with her and the process is smooth every single time. She is honest, helpful, gives great feedback, and doesn't try to convince you to purchase outside of your budget. You can tell that she enjoys what she does and that is important when dealing with a realtor. I highly recommend her.

Kim did a great job! She gave excellent tips on what buyers would want and expertly timed the listing and open house. We sold in a day and she managed the inspections and closing with ease. She was reliable, fair and always professional!

Kim was great to work with. She makes a stressful process fun, she helped us overcome several obstacles in the selling process, and she provided professional help to stage the home. I would strongly recommend Kim to anybody who is looking for a realtor.
