Always welcoming and compassionate.
Very caring and empathetic. Never once made my kid feel dismissed or like they were exaggerating about symptoms. Dr. Dulaney is wonderful and so we're all of the nurses we encountered. We actually showed up 30mins earlier than we needed to for our appointment so the very sweet front desk woman showed us how to get to the cafeteria and even told us how everything worked so we wouldn't get confused or turned around in our first visit to the hospital. Just a wonderful experience all around
Dr dulaney and her staff all took their time with me. I felt taken care of and listened to
Dr. Dulaney was awesome! She patiently listened to me and provided me with great information. Great visit with her staff as well!!
Very nice RN. Great Doctor! Glad to find a wonderful place to visit when things seem bad. Bit great outcome. Lady at the front desk was in a mood! She was not having any of it this day! Talked bad about patients and was on her phone the whole time. Everything else was great. Maybe she was just having a bad day.
